how do i get air out of my front shock

i cant bike as easily with all the air that i have in my shock.

The best way to fine tune pressure in your front suspension is to use a shock specific pump like this  one. This type of pump allows you to remove or add air in small increments, as a little bit goes a long way when it comes to MTB suspension. Here is a great article on setting the appropriate amount of sag for your fork.
