@Princessdrive we're so glad you followed up on your first post, as we were going to have which type of rack you're interested in! So, you're looking for a trunk rack to carry 1 comfort bike on a 2009 Prius, right?!
First, you can always use the Thule, Yakima, or Saris fit guides online - these are a really easy way to figure out the options that will work for your specific car! With that said, here are a few trunk racks you might consider:
- Yakima Halfback
- Saris Bones 2 or Bones EX 2
- Thule Passage 2 or Gateway Pro 2 (unfortunately we don't have either of these models available at REI at this time)
It's important to note that most of the trunk racks have a weight limit of 35lbs per bike, so you'll want to make sure your bike isn't heavier than the max weight limit of the rack you choose. And last thing: if your comfort bike has a step-thru frame, you will need to purchase a top tube adaptor.
