Feedback on the Patagonia BIKE shorts (which do not have a chamois lining)

simple question:  Why do you have for sale Patagonia BIKE SHORTS THAT DO NOT  have the normal bike shorts chamois lining... which makes shorts Bike shorts??  I just almost bought a pair and I would have been very upset if I actually fell for that Lack of information.  Maybe call them shorts. because they're not bike shorts.

@roygump thanks so much for this feedback. We do carry a handful of bike shorts (by multiple vendors in addition to Patagonia) that do not include a chamois lining, because some folks already own/prefer to wear a pair of padded liners underneath a variety of bike shorts and therefore don't need the additional chamois. We're sorry for any confusion this caused.
