My son has unfortunately outgrown the REI Co-Op bike that I bought for him at your store. I was hoping to do a quick exchange, if that was possible.
@Shan24 thanks for the follow-up! Unfortunately, at this time with our stores at different stages of reopening, we are not yet able to process returns or exchanges. In addition, our Satisfaction Guarantee does not typically cover items as a result of having been outgrown. With that said, you are always welcome to discuss your desire to exchange your kiddo's bike with our team, however this will need to wait until your local store has reopened and is accepting returns; we will keep our FAQs updated on when this service becomes available.
