Compatible rack and child bike seat for a Co-op CTY 1.1 bike

Hi, I'm considering getting Co-op Cycles CTY 1.1 Step-Through Bike for my wife along with a Burley Dash RM Child Bike Seat for our toddler. This bike seat requires a rack. Is the Topeak Explorer MTX Tubular Rack with Disc Mounts compatible with both the bike and the bike seat ?

Based on the specs lined out on the Burley website for the Dash RM and the specs for the Topeak Explorer it does look like they are compatible with each other. The Dash RM states that it requires a rack with a width from 4.72"-6.89", that will hold 40 lbs, and complies with the ISO 11243 standard. The Topeak Explorer is 6.7" wide, is rated to hold 57 lbs, and complies with the ISO 11243 and EN 14872 standards.
