Buying a new bike

I am looking to buy a new bike that I want to pick up at the Flagship store in Seattle.  I have two questions.

1. If the rider is 5'5" with a 31" inseam (measured to the floor) would a small frame fit her for the Cannondale Quick Disc 3 Women's Bike - 2020?  It looks like you are out of Mediums but the chart says a small should fit.

2. When we pick it up at the store can she sit on the bike before we take off with it to make sure it is comfortable and fits her correctly?  I am assuming that the bike will be fully assembled for an in-store pickup.  Can we return it right then if she doesn't like it?

Thanks in advance and stay healthy out there.

@Gnomer Thanks for reaching out!

  1. You are correct that a size small should be the correct fit.
  2. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept returns curbside. Once your local store reopens for business, you can process your return. You can stay up to date on changes to your local REI store here.

Hope this helps!
