Bike suggestions for a 14 year old

Shopping for a bike for my 14 year old girl, 62” tall with an inseam of 27”. Mainly to cruise around the neighborhood and easy trails. Any suggestions of which bikes to buy? Thanks!

Hello again @ES808!

We've got a couple of bikes that would fit your daughter. You are likely going to want to go with an XS frame, which generally fits a height of 5'0" - 5'3".

Any of those bikes should fit the bill nicely for your daughter. The CTY is a hybrid bike with road tires that will excel on the road and do just fine on hard packed dirt trails. The DRT and Trail Tango are mountain bikes so they have a front shock and wider tires for handling rougher terrain. If she thinks she'll be riding trails consistently or is an aggressive rider (off of curbs, etc) then we recommend going with a mountain bike.

Hope this helps!

Very grateful John, made my shopping for her upcoming birthday so much easier!
