It looks like that the rope you have in the photograph there is an older version of this rope by PMI. It's an 11mm non-dry static rope that now comes in the black and red pattern in the link. Are there any identifying markers on the rope you have? Are there small pieces of tape on the ends? Sometimes the brand and style will be listed there.

I'm a part time climbing instructor in North Carolina who pretty much exclusively uses Bluewater ropes. The pale ivory color of that rope (the PMI is and I believe has been white....) and the single blue right spiral tracer means it is almost certainly a Bluewater BWII+ static rope. They are super durable and take a pounding whether on our 65 foot tower or rock.
Depending on the size they are also certified by the NFPA (National Fire Prevention Association) for technical rope use.
