Add a location for Central PA

The news was released today that after a long (long) wait, we are finally getting an REI in Mechanicsburg, PA.  We have a lot of great things to do here, but having a board for this location would be helpful.  There is currently no good clearinghouse for outdoor activities in the area.

@kjrmcclain great suggestion! We added a board specific to Central Pennsylvania - now we'll look forward to seeing pictures of, and hearing more about, the area, especially as we bring a new REI store to the area!
