Hi, I've got an old 4 person instant light speed tent which I purchased about 10 years ago. It's very similar to this on Amazon. So my rainfly is leaking and I wanted to reseal the seams and reapply a water durable coating. Can I use thissealant and thiswater durable coating? If not, can you give me suggestions? Thanks!

A coat of Campdry should do the trick to seal it. Make sure you fully cure it outside before use. No need to over think it. It works on a decades old Coleman 3 man that I keep for a spare and my Eurekas.
Any decent seam sealer wont hurt for the rest of the tent.
