For tent repairs we recommend working with Tent Pole Technologies. You can find their information on our REI Repair Services site here. If you are a member of the co-op, you can call 1-800-426-4840 and ask if our Sales and Customer Service team can look up which tent you purchased. You can use that information to order a set of replacement poles from Tent Pole Technologies.
