Replacement for plastic shock cord anchor

I am trying to replace the shock cord in my Half Dome 4 tent and found that one of the plastic anchors for shock cord that sits at one end of the inside of a tent pole, is broken (somehow). Is it possible to get a replacement for this small plastic part?

@Publicmark Thanks for reaching out!

We're sorry that a piece of your tent pole is broken. Unfortunately, we do not carry that particular piece as a replacement option for your tent. We encourage you to check out our REI Repair Services page and reach out to Tent Pole Technologies as they have the specifications for our tents and should know how to get your pole back up and running.

Hope this helps!

At REI, we believe time outside is fundamental to a life well lived.

The elusive anchor is really called "SF-Clip by DAC " and is offered by tent pole technologies for $1.00 each, plus shipping.  REI store is really no help on this item.  I recently visited a store in MD looking for the clip and was told, "society is now wanting disposable items, so we don't carry it" (??).   Huh? Very surprised at the answer from an REI store veteran.  A bit of research, and these items are available.  I ordered extras, for future failures and replacement.

In the interim,  for a quick fix, I used a 1/8" (3/4" length) stainless steel marine grade cotter pin.  Bent the tip just enough to prevent pull through the black plastic tent frame junction, and it worked like a charm for just .40 at the local hardware store.
