There are a few options available to you depending on the nature of the fix that you require. We do not typically repair gear in house, but we do have some recommended repair partners on our REI Repair Services page. We also have a couple of posts from here in the community that may give you some guidance:
More directly REI recommend https://tentpoletechnologies.com. There are a few other vendors that also offer replacement parts and you can get replacement polesets for some tents depending.
