@mopickard thanks for reaching out; sorry to hear about the zipper on your REI Screen House. We don't have a warranty that would cover a broken zipper beyond one year, as that is considered normal wear and tear. Two recommendations for dealing with a broken zipper:
Rainy Pass is a Seattle-based company that specializes in repairing outdoor gear; we have worked closely with them for many years
A local tailor shop in your area may have the ability to repair zippers, although you'll want to verify that they are comfortable/capable of working with technical fabrics (as the Screen House is mostly mesh where the zipper runs)
