Hi REI,
I bought a Stratos air pad a couple of years ago as a back-up for our Flash and put it in the closet for future use.
Today when I inflated it the first time on our living room floor in advance of my son's friend arriving for a sleep over it is not holding air.
I am wondering if there is any sort of warranty still available on this product or it it is now destined for landfill?
I should also mention that being in Vancouver with the borders closed it would be difficult to return to an REI location at this time.

Sorry to hear that your stratus air pad isn't holding air. We've had several threads here in the community that may help you out with some ideas for repairing you sleeping pad. Depending on what the issue is, check out some of the advice found in these posts:
