Can I safely burn propane fuel in my isobutane stove?

I'm very fond of my MSR Reactor, which typically uses a fuel that is an 80/20 mix of isobutane and propane, sold in gas canisters.  Can I safely burn simple propane fuel in my MSR Reactor, such as is typically sold in 16 oz canisters by a variety of manufacturers?

Thanks for reaching out!

Your MSR Reactor stove is not compatible with a propane canister. Canister fuel stoves, like the MSR Reactor and others, are designed for use with IsoButane/Propane mix fuel only. If you are looking for a stove to attach directly to a propane canister, take a look at the Texsport Single-Burner Propane Stove.

Hopefully this helps, thanks!
