When will REI stores reopen for returns?

hi, i brought a jacket back in May and it's too big.  I've been waiting on my local store (Natick) to open and when I went in this Sat.  I was told they are not open yet for return.  Any news on when this store will open?

@jyrules looks like you just missed us by a few days as our Framingham REI store has reopened for in-store shopping and returns! When you swing by, you'll notice we are running our stores a little differently and you can read about some of those changes in our FAQs.

thank you. I was there this past Sat and they told me they are not open.  I will try again this coming weekend.
