Not an REI employee but...
The free standing Copper Spur UL1 fits the bill a 2lb 6oz packed plus footprint. There is a slightly heavier bike packing version with shorter poles if you care about that

The Nemo dragonfly is another contender..

If you want something a little roomier the 2P versions of these tents are still light enough for solo carry.

REI doesn't appear to stock the Dragonfly 2 but the dagger 2 is still pretty light.

There are some light weight semi freestanding tents like the REI Quarter Dome SL1 and the BA Tiger Wall UL1 but they require some additional staking out and from experience are more fiddly and take longer to pitch...
A note on weights..."Packed weight" is the tent and included giblets. "Trail weight" is the fly, body and poles only. Trail weight is supposed to give you a number for comparison of like to like in case one tent include more optional giblets but it doesn't really work. Packed weight generally gives you a realistic number.
