I love fresh fruit and vegetables but they usually only last a day or so backpacking. Do you have any tips for how you pack fruit or veggies into your meals? Do you use products like squeeze bottles? Any tips to share?
I always relish encountering a patch of wild strawberries or similar, Perfect for keeping pack weight within bounds. Not always predictable or possible, however. Realistically, one just has to tough it out.
I love Talenti ice cream containers. They have a screw top (not liquid proof) and are clear so you can easily see their contents.
