Why can't I ship Kovea butane canisters to a store?

Hi,

I want to order some replacement butane canisters.   They are not in stock at the Vernon hills,IL. store.   The website says I can place an order and have them shipped to this store.   However, I don’t seem to be able to place the order.    Can you help?
