Where can I find tracking information on my REI order?

Hello. I made an order on Sunday from REI for the first time ever. I can't seem to find the function which allows me to track the package. Please advise?

@Echo Thanks for reaching out and for shopping with us!

You should have received an order confirmation via email once you placed your order.  You will receive tracking information to the same email address once your package ships. Given the holiday and order volume during this sale, that should be in the next couple of days. Unfortunately, we do not have access to order information here in the community. @Echo in addition to the email that you'll receive with tracking information, you will also have access to your package's tracking information (once it ships) in your REI.com online account (My Account -> Purchase History). For any order that has not yet shipped, you will see an "In process" status; once it ships, you'll see an "In transit" with a tracking number. Hope this helps!

If it is shipping to a store will I see tracking information? It would be nice to know when an order has been sent from the warehouse to have a rough ETA.

Hi @dimsumthinking - Thanks for reaching out!

While tracking numbers are not provided for products that are being shipped to store, you will still have access to an expected arrival date and be notified when the product has arrived. 

When you select "Ship to store" on the product's REI.com page, you will see "Estimated pickup date" listed next to the rest of the order details once you view your cart. This will be visible before you complete the purchase, as well as within your confirmations and notifications once you have placed the order.

I was hoping for more. In many cases I will get notification when an order is ready to ship, then when it's shipped, I can then track it, then when it arrives at the next destination (in this case the store) I would see when it is ready for pickup. More granularity is helpful. I now understand that you don't provide that so I'm mainly responding as a possible feature for the future.
