Approximately two months ago I purchased a bike rack from REI. The straps are defective. I ordered a new bike rack that is being shipped to my REI store in Reading mass. The store is not open yet but I want to return the defective bike rack when I pick up the new bike rack. Will I be able to do this? Thanks

@Bostonbiker good news, the Reading REI store is now open for in-store shopping and returns. So, you can wait until your new rack arrives at the store, then bring your defective one with you to return at the same time you pick up your new one. And when you come in, you'll notice some differences in how we're running our stores; you can read about some of the changes you can expect in our FAQs (including queues outside and required face coverings).
At REI, we believe time outside is fundamental to a life well lived.
