I have not received my membership packet. I was told to expect to receive the packet within 2-3 weeks. What is the status of receiving the packet? Thank you.

Unfortunately, here in the Community we do not have access to order specifics. But just to clarify, were you provided with a digital copy of your membership number to use in the interim?
