Whats up with REI Reviews not being available to read?

I am trying 2 different browsers while signed in. Can anyone explain why the reviews will not display or load?

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry you're experiencing this issue. I took a look on my computer and the couple of reviews I looked at seemed to be loading fine for me. If you'd like more information about a specific product you can ask us here or call our sales and customer service team at 1-800-426-4840.

You might want to completely get out of the system so it can flush old data and restart.  Then try again.  If that doesn't work, look to see if your using the latest version of that browser and if not, update it...Good luck

I had the same problem. I have the Bitdefender Anti-tracker plug-in installed on Chrome. I clicked "Pause protection on this website" on the plug-in, reloaded the page, and now I can see all the reviews.

That's great advice. Other extensions to check would include the EFF's Privacy Badger as well as any ad-blockers.

If that doesn't work then it may be worth installing a new browser with no add-ons, plug-ins or extensions to see if that works. For instance if there's a problem with Chrome, try Firefox or Opera.

I can't read any reviews either and turning of the bit defender shield didn't work for me

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!  I have had the same problem with reviews not showing in Firefox for several years.  Lately, the reviews and Q&A have not been showing in any browser, including Firefox, Brave, Chrome or Edge.  I have updated all browsers, the operating system, and drivers, bios, etc., so that was not the problem.  I finally checked my Malwarebytes settings.  Malwarebytes is is a paid app which provides a wide range of computer security functions.  I realized that Malware works in all browsers, and I have the default settings to block all trackers and ads.  It allows me to toggle each tracker and ad server individually.  For the REI product view pages, it is showing anywhere from 4 to 11 trackers.  (Why REI???)  Toggling them on and off one at a time, then reloading the webpage, I determined that toggling on - or enabling - display.ugc.bazaarvoice.com allows all reviews and Q&A results to be displayed as normal.  YAY!!!  Problem solved.  REI, please fix this if possible, or at least let us know how to fix the problem in the site FAQs and in the other site info.  This has been a problem for me for years and it has cost me hours trying to resolve it.
