What to do when product is missing from a delivery

Im really sorry to hear about your shipment. Unfortunately, here in the community we don’t have access to specific order details. I have removed your personal information in order to protect your privacy. 

I would recommend reaching out to our Contact Center where they will be able to advise you on what to do next. 

In addition, if you feel strongly that the package may have been tampered with during shipping, you may want to begin a claim with the shipping carrier as well.
