What to do if I got a duplicate of my order?

I called to see where my order was and the lady I spoke with said it was still at the post office and had not been delivered.  She asked if she could send me my order, so I could get before Christmas.  I said, 'Yes."  I received my order before Christmas and I receive the original order yesterday.  I told the lady I would return the order if I received both of them.  Can you send me a return postage label, so I can get this send back to you?

We do not have access to order information here in the community, so you will need to reach out to our Customer Support Team at 1 (800) 426-4840 or via Live Chat for information on returning the duplicate order.

You will see we have also removed your order number from your post to protect your privacy.
