What should I do if I can't locate my $20 bonus card?

I bought a $150 gift card for my son, thought with your promotion I would receive at least a $20 gift that needs to be used in the 2 weeks after Xmas, was hoping for $30, haven't seen anything, did I do something wrong or do I have to be patient. Not sure of my REI #.

@n0035100 thanks for reaching out about our Member Exclusive bonus card, although we're sorry there's confusion. When members purchase a gift card of $100+ between 12/8/20-12/17/20, they receive a $20 digital bonus card that can be spent between 12/26/20-1/4/21. The bonus card would have been emailed to the email address that's associated with your membership. So, assuming you are an REI member (which is sounds like you are), it seems like you've done everything right!

If you've doublechecked your email, including a junk/spam folder, and still don't see your bonus card, we suggest connecting with our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840 or via LiveChat.
