What should I do if an item was never delivered?


I had ordered some items and the first one arrived but the second one did not.  It has been just under three weeks.  

I called UPS and they said I needed to call you. 

Please let me know what I need to do next.

@rdochinez we're so sorry to hear that a package you ordered never arrived. Unfortunately, here in the community, we do not have access to individual orders. Instead, you'll want to connect with our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840 or via LiveChat, noting that wait times may be longer than normal as our volume of customer contacts is significantly higher than normal.
