What is the best way to process an exchange at REI?

I just purchased a jacket and socks, that arrived by mail. I need to set up an exchange to get a larger size for the jacket. How can I do that?

@shinokis thanks for reaching out about an exchange on the jacket you purchased! You have a few options to make this happen:

• If you live near an REI store, you can bring the jacket in, return it and have our team place an order for the larger size (assuming it's not available in the store)
• You can return your jacket through the mail (instructions here) and place an order for the new size either on REI.com or by connecting with our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840
