What do I do about an order received that was missing parts?

Hi there! I ordered a backpack a few weeks back. The backpack received was damaged according to my sister. She said that the backstraps are missing as well as the backpack cover. I sent the bag to her address since I live in Canada. If you can please help me out. Thank you.

Your best course of action is to call our sales and customer service team at 1-800-426-4840 and talk to them about solutions. Here in the community we don't have access to order information. Also, we removed your order number to protect your privacy.
