I am very unhappy with the online sales department. First of all, did I miss a place to just send do an exchange rather than have to buy 2 more? Also, I realize you are not Amazon, buy the USPS is just awful. Why does every order have to be a few days late? Also, it’s a pain that I buy two of the same items in different sizes, and thanks to USPS they are both late and one is two days later.
I buy from you because I want to keep you in business, I want to support you, but the USPS late deliveries will make me think twice next time.
