The answer to your question is going to depend on a couple of things. First, the type of car that you have and what it has on its roof, and second, the type of Aeroblade system at which you are looking. The best way to determine what you need for your vehicle is to use the Thule Rack Fitting Tool. You'll want to pay close attention to what they suggest because some Aeroblade bars come by themselves (and need an additional foot pack to attach them to your vehicle) and some Aeroblade bars come with the attachment mechanism installed.
