So disappointed in ordering policy on used gear.

Did you all know that when ordering used gear, you may only purchase 10 items at a time? That's a lot of extra packaging material and shipping costs and time backtracking on the website. Isn't this company supposed to be environmentally aware? Numerous packages should not be sent and we should be allowed to order whatever we want-our dollars feed this company.

I feel you. I just ordered something (arrived today) and they didn't even send the right product and now I find out the customer service is some weird e-mail and normal customer service can't help at all. Yikes!
