Sleeping bag and tent warranty?

Hi! I have a North Face Cat's Meow sleeping bag and the zipper is officially broken. 😞 I had a cold camping night last week! 😉


Second thing, the zipper on my REI brand tent broke too---last year, but finally getting around to emailing. let me know about that as well.


Love your things---never dealt with a warranty process before, but figured I'd try. 


Is this covered in any sort of warranty? it is older, but it has been a workhorse. Love it. lmk. Thank you!

@elizmcc thanks for reaching out to us about your broken zippers on both your sleeping bag and tent - sorry to hear they both gave out around the same time. Often the best course of action for warranty questions is to take both items to your local REI store, where our customer service folks can work with you on next steps. If you don't live close to an REI, you can always call our Customer Service team at 1-800-426-4840. For reference, here's a link to our return policy.
