I purchased a item in the REI store and it wasn’t in stock so they did an online order it still doesn’t ship . It was shipped to the store . Now the the store’s are going to be closed. Does that mean. It could be shipped to my home instead.

If your order has arrived in store, our local store teams will be working to contact all customers  and arranging for alternate pick-up options on Monday and Tuesday of this week. This option will only apply to packages that have already arrived, not those that are in transit, and we are asking that folks wait to be contacted by our store teams. If you have a question about an order or recent purchase that has not arrived in store yet, please reach out to our Sales & Customer Support team.
