Road bike Upgrade

Hello

I have a 1997 Cannondale road bike (63cm if that matters?). The bike had the gear levers in the traditional area, below the crossbar.  I would like to replace both shifters with handlebar shifters. I understand that the cables will have to be replaced.

Are you able to provide a quote on what it would cost, for everything, labor and parts?
