Hi there! Was wondering what to do about returns during the store closure. Will the store return policy be extended? The items I have is a backpack and would be too expensive to ship. Ordered before I knew how bad this was going to get and store closed. Thank you!

So sorry to hear the backpack didn't work out for you. Our return policy is 1 year for all new items (90 days for electronics). If you're able to wait until the stores reopen, bring the backpack in and we can help you out with a return, or help exchange the pack to find one that better suits your needs! If you need to return the backpack immediately, you can contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840, noting that wait times have been longer than normal due to a high call volume.
