Returns and points

Hi,

I purchased a bike bag in the Tustin area when I was in town. I used my points and paid the rest on my debit card. It's too big for my bike and I need to return it. 

Do I wait until REI reopens to return? Will I get my points back since I can't use the bike bag?

• Yes, you'll need to wait until our stores reopen to process your return in a local store - we appreciate your patience with this delay
• Instead of reloading your dividend, your debit account will be refunded for the full amount, including for the amount that your dividend originally covered
