I just received my new hiking boots and they are too small. I would like to exchange them for a bigger size- however, with the store being closed it is hard to see exactly what size i am. How do i return the boots?

Sorry you ended up with the wrong size. Because of our store closures, you have 2 options currently for your exchange:
If neither of those options will work, you can contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840, noting that wait times have been longer than normal due to a high call volume.
Lastly, we'd be happy to help with some suggestions of size and fit, recognizing that it can be very challenging to do online. Which boot and size did you order?
