Recent purchase seems to be missing components.

Hi:

I recently purchased an Hennessy Deluxe Explorer Asym Zip hammock from REI, and on inspecting it found that there were no "snakeskins" in the package. It was my understanding that the snakeskins were part of all new hammocks and didn't have to be purchased separately. Is this correct? If so, how do I get this set right? Can you send me a set of snakeskins for this item? BTW, the package was sent to the wrong address, so I had to drive out to pick it up. 

Apparently my address hadn't been updated, though I thought it had. Anyway, that has been corrected, I think.

It doesn't appear that the Hennessy Hammock Explorer Deluxe Asym Zip hammock includes the Hennessy SnakeSkins, although if you feel something is missing from your package, please connect with our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840 or via LiveChat. Unfortunately, we are not able to help with order-specific concerns here in the community.
