Raleigh, NC, Store pickup, delayed


We would like to purchase several items for store pickup in 2 or 3 weeks (we're arriving from abroad).

Is it possible for the store to hold our items this long?

How do we go about it?

@PacificSpray thanks for the question! First, you will want to place your order on; then, when your items arrive in the Raleigh store (you will receive an email confirmation), you will call the store and alert them to your delayed pick-up date (if you cannot make it within the 2 week pick-up window). The store will confirm your order in the system and be able to hold it until you are able to pick it up. If you have any additional questions, you can reach out to either the Raleigh store or our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840.
