Questions about returns at REI

i purchased  running shoes that are too big for me.  I want to return so I can order the right size.  Did I see that you have free returns?

@lindacantrill54 thanks for reaching out! During our store closures, there are 2 ways you can process a return with us:

1. If you're able, you can wait until until our stores reopen.
2. If waiting does not work, you can process a return through the mail - instructions can be found here. Please note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

If you have any additional questions about your specific return, we recommend connecting with our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840. Because today is the final day of our sale, wait times will be much longer than normal so, if at all possible, we'd recommend calling later in the week.
