Purchased Fitbit Inspire 2 Issue

I purchased a Fitbit Inspire 2 about 6 months ago and its not longer holding a charge beyond an hour or two.  I have tried all the recommended fixes and its still continuing to lose the charge.  Can I still return the item to REI?

Hi @barlowje - Thanks for reaching out, though we're sorry it's because your FitBit watch isn't holding a charge.

Outdoor electronics have a 90 day return policy, so it is no longer eligible for returns. If you are interested in searching for additional fixes that could help, you can either share what you have tried here and we can see if there are any other steps we know of or you can reach out to FitBit Support.
