Regarding Purchase made on 11/9/19. It appears an error was made at check-out. We purchased one pair of gloves, item # 135923004, but were charged for that item twice. Is it possible that the cashier rang it up twice by mistake.
We only took one pair home. Can you make an adjustment to our credit card, please?
