Product Inquiry: Saris Bones 3-Bike rack (non-EX)

Hi,

REI.com has the Saris Bones EX 3-bike rack available for sale, but not the standard Bones 3-bike rack. I believe the primary difference in functionality between the two is the capability of the former to accommodate spoilers on the vehicle, a feature which I do not need. Is it possible to purchase the standard version through REI, and if so, how?

Please keep in kind the standard Bones 3-Bike rack has limited vehicle compatibility compared to the EX-3, click here to learn more about Saris's fit guide.

While we currently don’t carry the Bones 3-Bike trunk car rack, it is something we might still be able to get for you. Contact your closest REI store to inquire about a special order; this is a process where we order the item directly from the manufacturer for you, assuming it's available. 

Please note there are some restrictions on vendors/items we are able to special order from, and often longer delivery windows, however when successful, it can be a great way to get an item that is not widely available.
