Ordered a pair of five tens almost a week ago, got no confirmation and your website has no way to view my order. No one is responding via email and I’m not waiting on the phone to see whether or not the thing I ordered was really ordered. I’d give you an order number, but I didn’t get one. How do I look this up online?

We apologize for the long wait time, we are experiencing higher than average call and email volume. Here in the community we do not have visibility to order information, however, you should have the ability to see your purchase history, including recent orders, in the 'purchase history' section of your online account. If you do not have an online account and checked out as a guest, the only way to track down the information for an order that processed would be through our Sales and Customer Service team via email or phone, with their associated wait times due to higher volume.
