I place an online order this weekend with items to be delivered to a retail shop. Since retail are now closed until 3/27, how can I update the shipping address to my residency.
@dynamix03 unfortunately, we are not able to update the shipping address on orders that have already been processed. If possible, we are asking customers to wait until after March 27 to pick up their orders; if you cannot wait until then, you can contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840 to discuss other options. Please note that the wait times may be longer than normal as they work to help other folks in similar situations!
