Im very upset at how we have to order on line instead of the store taking the order over the phone. The store has what I need but they tell me that we have to order on line. I have tried to do that and the web site will not let me. I tried to have a conversation but no luck. Called 800 number and again, no luck. Been an REI member forever and this is the only thing that I've ever had a problem with.

Thank you for reaching out and for being a member of our co-op. We are sorry you are experiencing frustration with the limitations of ordering at this time. We are working hard on our store reopening plans and will hopefully having further updates to share soon. As we did with our curbside roll-out, we will avoid providing location-specific details ahead of time because last minute changes are possible and would likely cause further frustration for affected customers.
