Not able to apply dividend at checkout

I am trying to apply my dividends at checkout but am receiving the following error: To redeem a dividend, the information you provide must match what's in the member account.

My member account is actually a family account and under another family member's name. Does that mean I have to set the payment method & billing address to contain their names? I don't have access to their credit cards so hoping there's another solution for this. Thanks!

It sounds like you could be correct in your assessment about the dividend being under another family member's name. Your best course of action is to reach out to our sales and customer service team via email or live chat, or you can call them at 1-800-426-4840. Please bear in mind that wait times could be increased during this time.
