@Ghia65 we're sorry about the delay you're experiencing with your new bike. Our teams are working as quickly as possible to build, disassemble and ship all of the bike orders we've received. As noted in our FAQs, bike orders can be delayed up to 3 weeks. As soon as your bike has left it's shipping destination, you will receive an email with expected delivery date.
